Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, no refunds on the purchase of goods. But subject to defaulted merchandise.
There is a 72 hour day grace period or exchange for defaulted items or incorrect item/s and or incorrect sizes. Items that have been shipped have 72 hours to begin the exchange to process if needed. Please allow 3-5 days to process the correct item or replacement. 

  No Refunds on Toys. Defaulted items have a 72 hour window to submit information to get a replacement. Item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tags attached, free of stains, odors, perfumes etc. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. You may also pick up. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. Your credit will go into effect after the item has been received.
When you are returning items, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
